A couple pieces of information for Woods at Grassy Creek homeowners:
(1) Our annual meeting will take place Monday, Nov. 11, 2024 @ Grassy Creek Elementary School. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Hope to see you there for discussions about what’s going on in the neighborhood, as well as planning for 2025.
(2) Due to a board member moving out of WGC, we now have an opening for a Treasurer. This is a great opportunity to get involved with the neighborhood and help keep the Woods at Grassy Creek a place we all want to live. If you have interest, please complete and submit this Board Interest Form to HOA email box.
Here are a few updates for the homeowners:

(2) Pool update: The pool is open as of 5/29; however, we are having intermittent issues with the entry card scanner. The service technician visited the complex Wednesday. He is seeing if we can get parts for the existing system or if we need to replace the system. Keep an eye on the WGC Facebook page for updated information (https://www.facebook.com/groups/2850093035007646/).
The pool will NOT open tomorrow – Saturday, May 25.
The work required by the Board of Health will be completed by Sunday. Documentation will then we submitted on Tuesday (since Monday is a holiday) and we should be on track to open the pool on Wednesday, May 29 at 9:00 a.m.
We apologize for the delay.
Yesterday, the Board received notification from the Marion County Board of Health that the certification of the drain gates in each pool expired May 1. Unfortunately, they will not allow us to open the pool until these are replaced.
The pool vendor is diligently working to get this work completed and the documentation over to the Board of Health by tomorrow.
(1) If the vendor IS able to get everything done in a timely fashion AND Health Dept. approval is received Friday, we will be able to open as planned on Saturday, May 25 at 9:00am.
(2) If we do not receive approval Friday, we will not be able to open to pool until Wednesday, May 29 at 9:00am.

We certainly hope everyone is enjoying the lovely spring weather! Here are few reminders for WGC homeowners for the coming weeks:
As you know from various communications and your 2024 statement (received at the end of January), each homeowner in the Woods at Grassy Creek neighborhood is responsible to pay total dues of $620 for this year.
Homeowners have the opportunity to pay the entire $620 balance at once OR split their payment into two equal $310 payments, each made by March 1 and June 1.
REMINDER: Your payment or first split payment is due by Friday, March 1.
Penalties apply if payments are not made according to the schedule. Please refer to the Annual Dues page for all the 2024 WGC Dues payment information, deadlines and details.
