We’ve had a couple questions about dues recently, so a quick reminder for all.
2021 Woods at Grassy Creek dues are due by FEBRUARY 1!! A $50 late fee is assessed if payment is not received by March 1; and additional $25 fee will be assessed after April 1. Beyond April 1, the collections process will commence.

You have three payment options:
– Mail: Use the addressed envelope enclosed; if you discarded it, please mail to:

– Bank transfer: Use your bank online bill pay system
– Online: Go online and pay at quickdues.com (search for “Woods at Grassy Creek” and make sure you have your Lot # handy; it is included on your Homeowner Statement).
