The Woods at Grassy Creek is a modern, homeowner community in Warren Township, located on Indianapolis’ southeast side. The community features 200 homes, a pool, two ponds, two playgrounds, plenty of wooded common areas and easy access to shopping and I-465, all available in a quiet, suburban setting.
Neighborhood construction began in 2005 by Mann Properties, ending in 2018. The community features homes by Ryland, Arbor and Pyatt Homes.
The community is located on both the east and west sides of Bade Road, at the corner of Bade Road and East Prospect Street.
