The HOA and volunteer board members are responsible for:
1. Covenant enforcement
2. Receiving and negotiating bids from vendors on behalf of HOA (pool, common area maintenance and care, snow plowing, pond maintenance, entrance area maintenance, etc)
3. Coordinating with legal and accounting services when collections are required
4. Reviewing/approving architectural change requests
5. Coordinating community events (semi-annual community meeting, pool opening/closing, community garage sale, etc.)

1. Responsible to pick up trash each week (currently on Wednesday, unless delayed by holiday). Homeowner trash pickup is paid through property taxes and is not the responsibility of the HOA board to coordinate.
2. Recycling services are available to homeowners through a request to Republic Services; however, this is not the responsibility of the HOA board.
