Standing Documents
The documents below outline HOA regulations, responsibilities, maintenance guidelines, board information, etc. Most, if not all information, should have been provided to you at closing; however, these are provided for ongoing reference and use:
- Declaration Of Covenants: Original declaration of covenants
- Declaration Of Covenants 2012: 2012 amendments to the covenants
- Bylaws: Outlines HOA and board bylaws
- Architectural Change Form: Required for any modification to the exterior of your home. Please submit at least 45 days prior to estimated work start date to provide the Architectural Review Committee time to review and respond to the request. Please read submission information below. Submission of forms not adhering to this direction will slow review and approval of your submission.
- Pool Key Replacement Form: Required for any new pool access key request. Please read directions on the form prior to submission. Payment: Replacement keys cost $25.00, and as noted on the form, payment must be made prior to form submission and proof of payment is required with form submission.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW SUBMISSIONS:
1. This form is a fillable PDF; please type your information into the form and submit this electronic form via email using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this software, download it here: Download Adobe Reader.
2. In addition to the completed form, include any documentation as a separate files/PDFs in your submission email.
3. If you are submitting a request for fencing or construction near to your property line, we require a lot survey and plot of that project be submitted with the request form. Request forms MUST be submitted by WGC homeowners and will not be accepted when submitted by service vendors.
