ADVANCE NOTICE for Monday, Sept. 20: The vendor that is assisting us with our neighborhood reserve study will have a representative in WGC on Monday. During his assessment of our neighborhood amenities, he will be walking around the property as a whole AND will also be using a drone to take some aerial images of the neighborhood. This is part of the study process and has nothing to do with homeowner violation management, etc. Didn’t want anyone to be surprised or concerned if they saw a drone overhead on Monday morning/early afternoon.
